We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Note: Personalized, custom-made, or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our support team.
Ship the item back to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or shipped in error.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
